RETURNS/REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom printed items. Custom Printed Items such as Screen Printed, DTG or other personalized Merchandise Items (T shirts, sweatshirts, or other imprintables) cannot be refunded as they are custom items printed to the customers custom artwork and cannot be restocked.
Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once an Order has been sent to production the User can no longer edit the details of the Order or cancel it.
ALL ORDERS PLACED ONLINE ARE CUSTOM ORDERS. CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Exchanges and returns based on incorrect sizes being chosen cannot be made as these are unique products that are custom printed. Once your sizes are chosen they are final , it is therefore important you check sizes guides either by requesting them from us or checking them on our designer. Please always allow for a 1-2cm difference in sizes before and after washes. Our size guides are as accurate as possible however not all garments are 100% Identical.
What can be returned: If a reprint is requested, and the product is found to be defective, olive branch apparel will reprint at no charge to the customer with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution.olive branch apparel will collect and replace the item. Samples and photos of the defective product may be requested prior to any action being taken. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

If a print is found to be defective due to the fault of Olive branch apparel, then you may contact Olive branch apparel to request a reprint, an in-store credit, or refund. Olive branch apparel must be contacted via e-mail at yusuf@olivebranchapparel.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
If a customer or reseller’s customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
What cannot be returned : No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt of purchase. Items purchased based on customer error cannot be returned. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
olive branch apparel does not refund, cancel or credit if the service failure is caused, in whole or in part, by acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or other circumstances beyond our control.
