Shipping policy

At Olive Branch Apparel, we operate on a print-on-demand basis for most of our products. This means that we typically print apparel items only after they have been ordered from our website. Due to the vast number of designs we offer, available in various colors and styles, it is impractical for us to maintain our entire range in stock.

Order Processing:

Once you place and pay for an order, we will schedule your printing on the next available print run. Print lead times are approximately 7-12 working days. This is the time it takes for our printing partner to queue the design and print it within their factory process.Once printed and sent back to us, Olive Branch Apparel will ship your order within a further 1-2 working days.

Local shipping :

Local shipping is accommodated through a dedicated courier delivery service

The costs associated with deliveries are standard and set according to two regional zones in South Africa – Local (Jhb) and Local (Rest of SA).We have attempted to keep the shipping costs within the precise range of the costs associated with shipping items throughout the country, and although these costs may vary depending on a number of factors, including fuel price increases, the current costs to ship items locally are as follows:

the above is estimated on 3 shirts ,extra cost may be associated with the purchase if more than 3 shirts are ordered 

Local shipping rates as stated include packaging and handling costs and apply to orders delivered within South Africa only.

Traditional lead times for your order, from placement to delivery are therefore anywhere between 10 – 15 working days (2 – 3 weeks) with 75% of order being delivered within 2 weeks.
